August is Vivera’s month!
We opened the doors exactly 2 years ago on August 16th. It’s time to celebrate and I wanted to give you this special treat.
I’ve been getting messages on Instagram about how I make my smoothies and what ingredients I prefer. So, I made this ebook to share with you a few of my favorite smoothie recipes, along with some seeds suggestions to add if desired.
The idea here is to give you options to become more creative too. The options are endless. Sometimes you can use a different milk, water or coconut water and get a complete different taste. I love to add almond butter or peanut butter too, for some extra protein.
Oh and why not some yogurt? It will make your smoothie creamy and delicious.
